Choose if you are prepared and want to manage your own account. This level of plan is ideal for the person who is technical enough to setup and manage their own web site and/or someone who is proficient in cPanel (the web-based control panel software used to host your web site). On this level of plan, your support is limited to situations of service outage and/or your account being inaccessible. Support is available via phone (978-219-1900), email and/or live chat.
Our Support Technician will help you troubleshoot the issue. If the problem is found to be a client-side issue, our tech will inform you and you will be responsible for resolving the issue.
Product documentation and a Support FAQ are available to help you in managing your site.

Choose if you need or want Atlantic Web Host to assist with managing your account.
This level of plan provides you with access to our technical support team for outage and account access issues as discussed in the Self Service section plus, additional support in updating or trouble shooting your web site.
If you have questions on the cPanel interface, we will answer those questions. If you are having trouble making a change, we will provide the support you need.
You have access to support though phone (978-219-1900), email and/or live chat.
By choosing this plan, you may use our Support team to manage you web site, including adding pop email accounts or making other changes as needed. This service level does NOT include developing content for your site or doing web site design work.
We strongly encourage all users to attend the introductory training on cPanel so you are also able to perform basic functions on your web site on your own. See information on training cost and schedule. |
